Roland qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2002 and spent two years at a major bank as a financial manager in their business incubator. There he was involved in the development of several banking products.

Roland joined Philip Neville in 2004, and together they have grown the practice into the Accumulo Group of Companies.

Roland has a BCompt (Hons) (UNISA) and an advanced certificate in auditing from the University of Johannesburg. He is a certified training officer and assessor with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds several directorships and interests in a number of companies, as well as being a trustee in several trusts.

Ntokozo is passionate about accounting. He joined Neville Hide and Associates Inc in 2006 as an Trainee Accountant and also obtained a BCom in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg in the same year. His training contract was completed in December 2009 and he is currently registered for a B com Honours with the University of South Africa. Ntokozo is a registered member with the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Simone is a young Trainee Accountant and aspiring CA with a passion for numbers. She completed her BCompt degree and is currently completing her CTA at the University of South Africa. Simone joined Neville Hide and Associates in 2011.

Alvino is a young aspiring CA with a passion for accounting. He is currently in the process of obtaining a BCompt degree at UNISA and joined Neville Hide and Associates in March 2012 as an Trainee Accountant.

Victor is in his final year studying towards Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt) with Unisa. His ultimate goal is to become a Chartered Accountant (CA (SA)). Victor joined Neville Hide and Associates as a Trainee Accountant to gain insight into the working environment.

Jacqueline obtained her B. Com. Accounting degree at the University of Limpopo and began working as a junior bookkeeper. She is currently studying towards her CTA (UNISA) with the intension of qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Jacqueline joined Neville Hide in 2013 and is currently in the process of completing her articles.
